Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve is accessible to the public year round, for everything from biking to in-line skating or simply taking a walk, with a spectacular view of the Saint Lawrence River and downtown Montreal. But since Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve is Île Notre-Dame’s only street, the speed limit is 30 km/h... except for the weekends when car races are scheduled!
