In the magnificent Aquatic Complex pools, Les Loutres de Montréal offers managed training sessions for master swimmers under the supervision of certified coaches. Participants must be at least 18 years of age and have a basic knowledge of swimming.

Le club de natation À Contre-Courant (ACC)

ACC is the master-swimmers club for Montréal's gay and lesbian community. In addition to swimming, the ACC provides its members with the opportunity for training sessions in water-polo, triathlon and diving. Participation in these activities is open to any adult, regardless of age, sex, sexual orientation or level of athletic ability. Participants must be 18 years of age and have a basic knowledge of swimming.
