Cycling and in-line skating

From April 15th to October 31st, 2009

Apart from the magnificent Gilles-Villeneuve Circuit, dozens of kilometers of cycling paths are available for those who love sports on wheels!

The Parc Jean-Drapeau is officially recognized as a registered leg of the Route verte, the longest cycling path in North America, and the Trans Canada Trail, the world’s longest recreational trail.

Schedule
The bike and skate paths are open every day from April 15 through November 15, during the park’s opening hours.

The bike link from the South Shore is open from April 15 to October 31, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Access
Accessible from the Old Port or the South Shore via the Victoria Bridge cycling path. It is also accessible on bike via the Jacques-Cartier Bridge.

Safety
High-speed training and biking at breakneck speeds are strictly forbidden at Parc Jean-Drapeau.

We ask cyclists to comply with this regulation in order to ensure the safety and welfare of all who use the biking and in-line skating path.
