The Hélène de Champlain
This bulding owes its name to Hélène Boullé, wife of Samuel de Champlain. First opened in 1955, the Hélène de Champlain was transformed in 1967 to become the site of official receptions, hosting heads of state and other dignitaries visiting the World’s Fair.
