BY CAR

Take the Jacques-Cartier Bridge for all activities on Île Sainte-Hélène.
Take De la Concorde Bridge via the Bonaventure Expressway for all activities on Île Notre-Dame (the Beach, the Olympic Basin, cycling and in-line skating, etc.).
Parking fees are effective at all times.

BICYCLE OR IN-LINE SKATES

From Montréal
From the Lachine Canal bike path close to the Old Port, follow the signs for Cité du Havre, and then for Île Notre-Dame.
From the South Shore
Take the bike link to the Victoria Bridge, which leads to Île Notre-Dame.
The bike link from the South Shore is open from April 15 to November 15, from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
From Montréal and the South Shore
Take the bike path on the Jacques-Cartier Bridge.

MOTORCYCLE

Following the passing of a city ordinance by Ville de Montréal, motorcycle traffic is prohibited at all times on all Île Notre-Dame roadways. However, it is allowed on Île Sainte-Hélène from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. provided that the access and the exit are done by Jacques-Cartier bridge.
The regulation does not apply in the following three instances:

A person who is traveling between his/her workplace and place of residence;
A peace officer in the exercice of his duties;
Scooters with an engine capacity no greater than 50cc
