Circuit Gilles‑Villeneuve is closed to cyclists from July 23 to August 17

July 23 to August 17, 2018

Due to the mounting, the hosting and demounting of major events, Circuit Gilles‑Villeneuve is partially closed and the section that remains open is being turned into two‑way vehicular traffic. Cyclists can use the Route verte (Green Route) and the South Shore bike link will remain open.

The South Shore Bike Link close at 11 p.m. on fireworks nights

July 7 to August 8, 2018

The opening of the South Shore link will be extended to 11 p.m. on nights when the International des Feux Loto Québec is being held, making it easier for the public's traveling.

Where: Aquatic Complex

Using virtual reality glasses installed at the Aquatic Complex, immerse yourself in the Parc's activities from Expo 67 to the future natural amphitheatre and central concourse.

Experience great events such as Osheaga, Piknic Électronik and the Fête des neiges, as if you were there.

The Terre d’expériences virtual reality glasses are temporarily unavailable due to technical problems that will be corrected shortly. Thank you for your comprehension.

Construction of the islands

Where: Montréal en Histoires Mobile App

Go back in time using an augmented reality experience and discover Parc Jean‑Drapeau from the history and construction of the islands to the large-scale activities that took place here.

Although it is possible to experiment this scenario at home on the mobile app, it is made to be experienced from the Old Port of Montreal, one of the best place to admire the Parc.
