Yes, you just have to contact the reception desk at 514 872-6120.

Am I going to receive a certificate acknowledging my volunteer hours?

Yes, but the volunteer must honour his or her commitment before receiving a certificate attesting the hours the volunteer has done. It will be issued by email at the end of the event.

The assigning of the various duties is done that same morning to ensure the proper coordination of all the volunteers, based on crowds attending the event and the needs.

Should I bring a lunch?

The noon-hour lunch is provided, as are a few snacks during the day. If you have any food allergies, we suggest you bring your lunch.

I want to change my dates of availability; how do I go about doing that?

After you have registered, you will be receiving a call from an attendant; you can change your information at that time, when you are speaking with the attendant.
