How it works
Downloading
Everything is done through the Lime app: creating an account, unlocking the scooters, interactive map, payments, etc.
Unlocking
After scanning the special QR code which serves to identify the equipment, the user will be able to put on the helmet and use the scooter.
Returning
Once the trip is over, users must leave their scooter and helmet in one of the authorized parking areas. If the scooter is left outside of the authorized area, the rental transaction cannot be completed.
To find the authorized parking areas, please check the app's interactive map.
Stations
There are 16 stations at Parc Jean-Drapeau, located near the facilities and areas of interest, where you can obtain or park the electric scooters.
