Lost items

If you lost an item while visiting Parc Jean-Drapeau, please fill out the form below. Our customer service staff checks the lost-and-found requests on a daily basis and they will contact you if your item is found.

60 days

Found items are kept in our facilities for a period of 60 days. After this time period, items unclaimed by their owner are sent to a non-profit organization.

Organizations and Partners

Some organizations and partners operate their own lost and found service. If you lost an item during an event or while using a service at the Parc, please contact the organization concerned first to maximize your chances of recovering it.
