In the shadow of the Hélène-de-Champlain pavilion and at the base of the mysterious Mont Boullé, the pop-up village of Lune Noire will be set in place during the last week of October, just before Halloween. This one-of-a-kind event in Montréal is designed to haunt the dreams of monsters of all ages, anyone who dares to come and see it.

Come for a family Halloween celebration that includes enchanting activities all day long. Then, at nightfall, get ready to face the unsuspecting forces that will be awakening under the Lune Noire. Shivers and a terrifying atmosphere await you, providing for an out-of-the ordinary Halloween experience in the charming setting of Parc Jean-Drapeau.

Pumpkin decorating

Distribution of candies by village witches
Meet the mysterious witches of Lune Noire who will be handing out candies to the young visitors. Dare to approach them to collect your sweets but beware of their evil cackles that echo throughout the village!

Get ready for a terrifying and unforgettable experience with La Dernière Balade, a haunted trail that's about a kilometre long which places you amid the mysteries of Mont Boullé.

Thematic stations
The trail features five thematic and tormented stations, each of which unveils a new chapter in the history of Angèle, a young, 7-year-old girl who mysteriously disappeared in 1934 during a carnival at Parc Jean-Drapeau.
Since then, strange things have been occurring in this isolated part of the park, and few people dare to venture into this area that's haunted by the past.
Dark secret
As La Dernière Balade unfolds, live art performances, breathtaking decors and immersive sound environments will accompany you every step of the way, blurring the frontier between reality and nightmare.
Every station brings you ever closer to the dark secret surrounding the disappearance of Angèle, while history is being written before your very eyes through frightening and spine-tingling scenes.
Note : la Dernière Balade est une expérience conçue pour les 16 ans et plus. Toutefois, les plus jeunes peuvent parcourir le sentier accompagnés d'un parent.

Getting to the Pavillon Hélène-de-Champlain
To make it easier to get around, here is the exact location of the Roseraie in the garden of the Pavillon Hélène-de-Champlain at Parc Jean-Drapeau posted on Google Maps.
Subway Station
The Jean-Drapeau subway station on the Line 4 — Yellow is located on Île Sainte-Hélène, in the heart of Parc Jean-Drapeau. To get to the Parc easily and quickly, the subway is still the best way to go!
River shuttle
During the summer season, Parc Jean-Drapeau visitors can use the river shuttle as a means of transportation, from the Vieux-Port de Montréal (Jacques-Cartier pier) and the city of Longueuil.
STM shuttle
Three STM shuttles provide a connection between the Jean-Drapeau subway station and various attractions.
Bike
The Parc is one of the few places where you can cross the Saint Lawrence River on your bike: simply take the bike paths of the Jacques Cartier Bridge, the Concorde Bridge or the Bike link.
Walking
People can enjoy many of the cycling paths to get to or pass through the Parc Jean-Drapeau, either running or walking.
With more than 25 kilometres of trails and pathways, the Parc is a pleasant spot for hiking, all year round.
Parking
Motorists can get to Parc Jean-Drapeau by taking the Jacques Cartier Bridge or the Concorde Bridge.
