Group reservation

This form is intended for group organizers wishing to book a visit to Parc Jean-Drapeau facilities. It simplifies the booking process and allows our teams to handle your requests more efficiently.

To get a discount

This is the minimum number of people required to benefit from the group discount:

School specials	30 children
Day camps	20 children
Groups	20 people

Processing of reservations

Please note the time frame for the processing of reservations is 5 working days, thus you won't be able to make reservations for the week currently in progress.

Children and chaperons

The minimum requirement is calculated based on the number and age group of children you have entered in the form.

Chaperon ratio

A chaperon (or monitor) is a person aged 16 and over, in charge of a group of participants. The chaperon must provide the support required for his or her group by either being in the water or within easy reach of the participant.

Here is the chaperon ratio required by the Société du parc Jean-Drapeau:

2 years and under	1 adult / 1 child ¹
3-5 years	1 adult / 3 children ¹
6-11 years	1 adult / 6 children
12 years and over	1 adult / 15 children

¹ Personal Flotation Jacket (PFD) is mandatory for children ages 5 and under.
- Recommended to bring your own personal VFI. Parc Jean-Drapeau offers VFIs, but cannot guarantee their availability. It is also the responsibility of the day camp or the school group to verify the conformity of their VFI.
