SUP: rental and initiation
Stand-up paddleboarding, more commonly known by the acronym SUP, is a fun and accessible water sport which is growingly popular in the province of Québec because of its many lakes and rivers.
Because of the board's stability, many sports and health enthusiasts take advantage of their paddleboarding efforts to do yoga, exercises and even meditation while they're on the water.
In the Montréal area, Parc Jean-Drapeau is the ideal spot to enjoy paddleboard activities. You can head out and explore not only the placid lake waters of Jean-Doré Beach, but also in the loop of lagoons that go around the Floralies Gardens.
KSF team
The KSF team is composed of avid water-sports practitioners who are also highly regarded professionals and pioneers of stand-up paddleboarding in Québec. These people are on site at the Pavillon d'activités nautiques during the summer season for a complete range of equipment rentals: board, paddle, personal flotation device (PFD), etc.
Lessons
The KSF experts also offer an array of SUP, yoga and physical training lessons, for beginners as well as more experienced individuals. Reservation required.
