Espace Paddock
Espace Paddock is a private, spacious, and modern venue located just five minutes from downtown Montreal. Designed to combine comfort and elegance, this unique site features two large terraces on separate levels, perfect for enjoying the fresh air while taking in the view.
Here, the prestige and excitement of F1 at the legendary Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve meet for a unique experience that combines sport, culture, and entertainment.
The space blends warmth and prestige in an exceptional setting where the islands, the Saint Lawrence River, and a well-known recreational and tourist district come together. Its world-class facilities are available year-round, making Espace Paddock a versatile venue for private, corporate, or celebratory events.

- A parking area near the building with a capacity of more than 1,000 vehicles

Availability
The Espace Paddock is available for rental from the end of July until March 31 each year due to the Grand Prix du Canada.
